TC: Not So Bad

I felt like this set-up was perfect for Chad lD As long as he doesn't do anything illegal, Officer Alice is more then welcome to follow him around. Furthermore, he'd DEFINITELY be looking into a remedy for the "Halloween Fever", and was rather pleased when he found one that neutralized it's "infective" nature. Only side effect was seemed to be involuntary humming, but even then it's one of his favorite things to do anyway.

On a different note though I'm so sorry for the quality. I started up a draft and intended to make a larger/more detailed picture with more carnie references and just something really fun. But my free time got cut down significantly, and I'll be gone MUCH sooner then I anticipated due to my job Q^Q But I really wanted to at least get something in, so I finished this is a rush. Apologies once again, but I suppose this is better then nothing.
